MakeInspires After School
Founded in 2011, MakeInspires delivers hands-on STEAM education that empowers students to think critically, create boldly, and explore future technologies. Our programs are developed and refined in our own makerspaces, equipped with 3D printers, robotics, electronics, crafts of all sorts, and more.
Since 2013, we’ve brought this expertise directly to schools, fostering lifelong learning and curiosity for grades K-12.

The staple of MakeInspires. With 12+ years of After School experience, we continuously grow our After School programs to make it work for both students, and schools. We are the leading STEAM Afterschool Provider for specialty classes, and give all students a chance for them to shine.

We can fit our content to be standards aligned, to fit the goals of what you are looking to achieve for a class, grade, or even entire school. We can bring your vision to life with any of our ready made curricula, or new custom made curricula.

Lego Legends
Unleash your creativity brick by brick in our LEGO Legends Club! Explore weekly challenges inspired by the TV show 'LEGO Masters.' From constructing high-tech spaceships to build-to-destroy models, every session promises fun-filled activities that inspire innovation and teamwork. Students learn essential STEM concepts while honing their problem-solving skills and unleashing their inner architects. Whether you're a seasoned builder or just starting your brick journey, this club offers a vibrant space to explore, create, and connect.
Top Screen Based Classes
3d Printing
This course gives students the skills they need to create their own 3D-printed models using design thinking! The basics of 3D design & printing are explored by modeling a house from the ground up - anything from a modern home to a lunar dwelling - applying math, science, art, and technology skills along the way. They’ll have fun building their skills week-after-week by creating products, toys, and models that challenge them to think outside of the box. We give opportunities in this course for students to design anything that they can dream up, from their favorite video games characters, to a functional tablet stand, the sky is the limit. This course is a great introduction into the world of 3D printing from design to fabrication and can be taken multiple times with a mix of new projects and revised builds each semester.
